G. HOW TO DEFINE THE PCB YOU WANT

    To order PCB you need define the spec of the board you want:

1.             How many layers of the board

2.             Size and shape of the board

3.              Material used to make the PCB, such as FR4, FR6, Polyimide.

4.             Thickness of the board, such as thickness 32mil 62mil, 78mil, 93mil.

5.             Copper thickness, such as 1oz, 2oz, 3oz

6.             Solder mask color, default color is green if you do not define the color of the board.

7.             Silk screen, silk screen default is white, can be black, yellow. Silk can be on top side, bot side or both side of the board.

8.             QTY of the order, define how many pcs you want.

9.             Lead time requirement, such as 2 days lead time,  5days lead time. With Gold Phoenix if you do not define the lead time we will quote the standard lead time.

10.             Need Electrical Testing, define you want the board be tested or not, 2 layers by default will not be tested, multi-layers PCB will be tested by deault.

11.             Other special requirements , if you have other requirements please put down in the RFQ email or put in the text of the gerber files to make sure we get the message.
